Depending on the discovery, you will usually be notified of the discovery through a historical debate of some sort (for example if Gwen could've escaped the Charr in under 10 minutes). The historical debate is generally triggered (although not all the time) when you 'failed' to complete the discovery. For example if you could not finish Gwen's mission in under 10 minutes, then the historical debate notification will trigger. --Ember Silvermoon 01:52, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

In Togo's mission, you have to discover 5 places to ensure the estate is clear of assassins. Once you discover the first, a message will show up in your chat window saying "You have discovered 1 of 5 places that Master Togo might have cleared to ensure the estate is clear of assassins" (or something very similar). So for that one, at least, you get some feedback on the way.

If one of the primary Tengu die, another message pops up that may be a hint at another discovery. It says "Historical Debate: what if Master Togo protected all the leaders of the Tengu." This might be a hint that you cannot let any of the Tengu die to unlock another discovery. --Rob 14:55, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

Complete mission

Once you have the bonus done do you have to complete the mission to get them? Yesterday I did Turai's but the got huge lag for ~2 mins at the end so Palawa killed me and I didn't get any credit. Did I just do it wrong? Lyra Valo 20:13, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
