Secondary Profession[edit]

Do the submitted builds have to be of a single profession, or can they use secondary professions as well? The preceding unsigned comment was added by DevilJinKazama (talk • contribs) at 00:34, 28 August 2009 (UTC).

It hasn't been explicitly said anywhere, but the general assumption has been that secondaries are allowed. More discussion on User talk:Regina BuenaobraCake! Ebany 23:37, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
Gaile has explicitly stated that secondaries are permitted, per Martin. (link) -- FreedomBoundUser Freedom Bound Sig.png 01:02, 28 August 2009 (UTC)
The only real requisites seems to be PvP skills and primary profession. That is if you submit a build with a Warrior, you will submitting a build for a warrior henchman, even if all the skills are from other professions. MithUser MithranArkanere Star.pngTalk 03:05, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

Blessed list[edit]

i think all the hench skill bars hould haave blessed list --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 76.188.238.12 (talk).

I think you should clarify what you actually mean... -- ab.er.rant User Ab.er.rant Sig.png 15:22, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Country/Location restrictions[edit]

So there's no point submitting a skill bar if you are not from US, Europe or Canada? For what it's worth, I think a henchman interrupter would be good - I notice that very few henchmen are interrupters. A KD build might be useful too. Would the henchmen have runes? Or would their attributes be limited to 12 points max? If 12 is still the limit then an interrupt henchman would be more useful than a DPS one. Those extra 4 points make a big difference for DPS builds, but not so much for interrupts. 60.48.230.48 13:36, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Did you read the eligibility (location) rules...? Why are Canadians required to answer a math question to claim a prize?? Or what did Rhode Island do? I mean, I realize it's likely from local laws or something odd, but still very very wtf. Lillium 20:53, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
You're right; it has to do with local laws. Rhode Island has a law that requires companies to file a statement with the secretary of state in order to run a contest. I suppose this was too much trouble for ArenaNet.
As for Canada, well, I thought that was pretty hilarious. Poor Canadians. 81.71.132.200 23:03, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Ugh![edit]

Mother! That's great! Ugh! I was gonna enter the contest, but I had to get the last skill I needed on my new character, and I just got it today and forgot about the contest until I learned that it was over today... Great! SkyMan25 22:37, 10 September 2009 (UTC)
