Energy Gain?

Maybe a table would be nice, because it rounds down on all costs (bug?) instead of mathematically (i.e. 5 energy spells only return 2 energy, when they should return 3 (1.5 + 1 equals 3 when rounded off). 145.94.74.23 10:00, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

Question

I am trying to make a build using this with and Glyph of Lesser Energy. If I use Glyph of Lesser Energy, and then a skill, will I get the 30% of the original energy cost, or 30% of the energy cost after the Glyph of Lesser Energy? Thanks in advance.
