It has a graphical error with the glow on the top. When you move the mouse over it while on the ground, the glow becomes a square. Paddymew 08:06, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

Its completely random, I have gotten them in virtually every area of the game. If you need one let me know I can probably get one for you Nay the One and Only 21:22, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
