It's because the pronunciation of pekpek in tagalog does infact mean vagina, but in a more crude and offensive way, worse than saying pussy but not quite calling someone a c***, also even more funnily, his "brother boss" (the one with the same elite, last name, and race) "Alana PekPek" adds another flavor of offensiveness to it because his first name "alana" is the common way of pronouncing "wala na" which in tagalog means "there's no more left"... string the two together to find out that unfortunately "there's no more vagina left!!!!!" oh what a world that would be.Joe_fierce
