Power Is Yours

• Would this have possible synergy with "The Power Is Yours!" shout, since this would almost make it free to use? Kind of like Glyph of Energy for Earthquake. Of course the energy degen would still hurt, but if you made a build designed not to use energy, this way you could use it every time the Power shout came back, even with just 2 energy regen. - Elder Angelus 17:09, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

Heroes using this

I gave this my motivation-hero today and, it could be me but, i have the feeling that the AI is not aware of the costreduction, he still uses other shouts and chants only if the basecost is affordable. Preemptive?

Is the cost reduction preemptive, allowing you to use skills w/o the requisite energy? Or does it only make skills cheaper after the fact? 76.253.0.17 02:28, 17 August 2011 (UTC)

I believe it's preemptive. A 10e skill would be reduced to cost ~4e, instead of refunding 6e. -- Armond Warblade 05:45, 21 August 2011 (UTC)
