Water[edit]

I'm really wondering about the origin of the water. Did the Luxon dug deep enough to uncover some non-frozen water? --Arduinna talk 15:30, 16 September 2008 (UTC)

I was wondering the samething when I found this place. I thought that maybe this is the Jade becomign water again or maybe they did dig deep enough to find unfrozen water. --ShadowphoenixPlease, talk to me; I'm so lonely ;-; 15:32, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
Could possibly be just rain water caught in the mine with no where to dissipate to.- TheRave User TheRave sig.jpg 15:39, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
That is a good point, but I'd take it further; the entire Jade area of the Jade Sea should be covered in water, as it has nowhere to drain to. Some would evaporate of course, but the majority of it would be trapped, and collect on top of the Jade. Within a dozen years of the Jade Sea becoming Jade, the entire thing would be water again.
I don't know... In the Jade Sea, it always seems like is about to rain, yet it never happens. Maybe the Jade Wind not only turned the sea into Jade, but also somehow affected the clouds? talk Large 05:31, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
Maybe it rains jade dust? Paddymew 12:30, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
That would be pretty sweet. Pony Slaystation X 22:21, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
If it turned the clouds to jade, they would have just fallen down. Also, I want a big irukandji like that. I've named him Mr. Jellykins. --Jette User Jette awesome.png 23:00, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
I cannot believe someone has included the speculation that the water has come from the jade on the page rather than keeping it in the discussion section. I mean think about it. lol. Let's take the speculation further then and say that if the jade was becoming water, then the whole of the Jade Sea would be affected and the sections of ships and debris that can be found stuck in the jade waves would start to fall. All the NPC's would be sliding around on the slick surface and parts of the Jade Sea would become Safety Hazards due to slippery surfaces! I can keep going with this but I have bored myself already and have lost the will to take the piss out of this article any longer. emesis 124.182.153.250 13:08, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
It's not speculation that the Jade Sea is returning to water. "Over the past few years, life has begun to spring up in Echovald Forest as many areas have seen new growth take hold. Some even claim to have seen a change in the Jade Sea—small pools of water forming or even waves moving beneath the frozen surface—but these reports are unsubstantiated rumors at best." From the Eye of the North manual. However, the article is not accurately worded, so I'm changing that. Konig/talk 16:13, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
