Cropped?[edit]

So how come that top row of axes is cropped, and some shields too, whereas others aren't? Stokoe 14:53, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

They aren't. Those are external renders of the items. Backsword 14:58, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

thank you[edit]

Thanks to the person who made this page. Whenever i wanted to see the bmp weapons I had to see each one individually, this saves me a lot of time and its really useful. thanks :) --Johnnyrodrigues 21:29, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Agreed. Saves so much time, a really good contribution. --AlexEternal 13:37, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Pvp[edit]

Is there a way to give one of these weapons to a pvp character?Grim Judgment 20:22, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Only if you are able to get a pvp char to LA, Kaineng Center or Kamadan Paddymew 14:19, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

I want BMP armor![edit]

Man, am I the only person who thinks that it'd be wicked if there were Bonus Mission Pack armor? I mean, if the weapons and the cutscenes look so cool and amazing, shouldn't armor be like really simple to make? I mean, just make it "professionless" and make it usable by all professions. --173.9.211.149 19:03, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

they would have to make one for each profession because there would be clipping errors...try putting male ele armor on a male warrior...i think theirs a size difference....and the fact that you could get them for technically free would make it so people wouldn't buy the other armors that would cost them something...i admit it would be nice to get good looking armor for free...but sooooo many people would get it that it would soon get really stupid

They wouldn't have to be for free. It would be crafted normally, but you have to turn in a book for each piece. As long as it costs comparably to other Elite armor there wouldn't be a problem. 65.110.239.227 05:35, 17 October 2009 (UTC)
Hmm... with the new costumes system, maybe they can make bmp armor. Shouldn't be that hard. Besides, can still work like bmp weapons. Get an authorized book, then give it to the costume maker guy and ta-da! New armor/costume! --Warnlord 23:52, 20 January 2010 (UTC)
well actually i think that they already HAVE bmp armor atleast for the story of saul d'allesio because u can make that white mantle costume at an costume maker im pretty sure that the costume has nothing to do with the story but mabey that is somewhat what u meant

Comparison by item type[edit]

I love this page and all, but I'd really love another page, ordering the items by type, so I can quickly compare spears/wands/bows by story. 59.100.65.191 04:26, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Try the older version of the gallery here. --Irgendwer 04:14, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
My needs were covered here, thanks Forte. 59.100.65.191 09:30, 3 April 2010 (UTC)

HoM Please[edit]

OK, who here thinks these should be displayable, i mean, they are supposed to be artifacts/will be artifacts, in GW2 of their respective races. PLus the fact that most of these have a completely awesome skin, especially the Tengu weps, which look totally better than some of the destroyer weps IMO. Lord Zepherr 16:47 June 10, 2010 (UTC)

ok i agree i would want them displayable but i think that if anet did that filling hom would be too easy i think anet mabey hom was disigned as a challenge for filling it all up and placing ur most impressive armor and weapons and titles so i agree i would want them displayable but then i think that much of the challenge is gone
There are some úber issues with your idea.
  1. Instant HoM fill (for me at least) and loss of a challenge (like the IP said above)
  2. Tengu arnt a GW2 race.
  3. Nor are undead.
  4. Nor are mursaat
  5. The Charr weapons beat all.

Actually, all four of those races will supposedly be represented in Guild Wars 2, but that's not relevant. The Hall of Monuments is for remembering your accomplishments. Bringing down the Great Destroyer and...whatever it is you do to get Tormented Weapons...are things your descendants will remember you for, whereas you didn't actually do any of the things in the Bonus Mission Pack. --Irgendwer 09:44, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
Playing the history books are your achievements. Last time I checked, my HoM was full of elite armours, hero armours, miniatures, "honors" and ZERO weapons. I have a bunch of lovely Tengu, Undead and Charr weapons I would LOVE to fill my "valor" monument with! C'mon guys, this game is for fun, it's not a slave labour job - anyone who thinks otherwise probably has a nasty case of video game addiction - stop taking personal PvE achievements in a game so seriously, the aim is to relax and have fun!
