I think we have an error on this page.
I am seeing "Blinding Surge: increased Energy cost to 10" here and over on Game_updates/20070201#Elementalist. On this page, the only other site that I have seen to have the updates and that Wyn also gave me the link for. It shows Game_updates/20070201#Elementalist as being the update for this skill. Got into the template version there and all I saw was a lot of reverts and that it had stopped on in March 27th, which does not seem to help me much there. Also in the game updates. I saw the same thing that I saw here. A duplicate of the same skill that says the same thing. I kind of tend to want to go with that other site. Kaisha 21:37, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
