Aftercast of 1s?

"The attack actually takes one second to cast, but has one second aftercast delay, so the attack strikes a foe once every two seconds."

Can anyone (besides the original contributor) confirm that aftercast for spirits follows different rules than for characters? (I believe that aftercast for toons is currently set to either 0.75 or 0.) (See also: Talk:Shadowsong.) Thanks.  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 18:33, 8 August 2010 (UTC)
