We have Agent of the Mad King and Rollerbeetle Racer, which don't follow this trend. And shouldn't. Same goes with this in my opinion.

Yes, as per GWW:NAMING, disambiguation is only required when two or more articles share the same name, so this page should be moved back to Going Commando. --Silver Edge 03:37, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
