Ok, I made it slightly less sucky. — Skuld 13:56, 12 February 2007 (PST)

Always appreciated. You deleted the part about secondary monks though... ~ D.L. 14:06, 12 February 2007 (PST)
Oops, I skimmed over that as monk secondaries, let me check what damage I did.. — Skuld 14:09, 12 February 2007 (PST)

Watch yourself and Soldier's Stance? Ô____ô ~ D.L. 14:11, 12 February 2007 (PST)

GG adrenaline spikes, lol — Skuld 14:16, 12 February 2007 (PST)
Mo/W's with tactics to keep themselves alive is a common sight. Soldier's Stance is common in shout-heavy builds (as monks can't keep Watch Yourself on them all the time), but Shield's Up and similar stuff is not uncommon. -Auron 14:21, 12 February 2007 (PST)
Would you care sharing an example skill bar, Auron? I don't really know how that would work out... =/ ~ D.L. 03:55, 14 February 2007 (PST)
You usually see Mo/W in PvP as more of a Balanced Stance + Shield Bash type thing, I usually like to play a Light of Deliverance, Infuse Health, Reversal of Fortune, Shield of Absorption, Dismiss Condition, Holy Veil, Shield Bash, Balanced Stance. I also believe that the people above were referring to Soldier's Defense, rather than Soldier's Stance (which is an elite stance that makes you attack faster, worthless on a monk). I can see using it, it's pretty nice in a shout-heavy build, but I prefer the no critical hits of Balanced Stance, plus Shield Bash is possibly the sexiest skill ever XD "Shields Up!" is fairly nice as well, but there's really no reason to put it on a Monk when you can put it on another character - it will still affect the monk, and you can get higher than the usual 7 spec in tactics that a Monk can manage (12+1+1,8+1,8+1,7). As an infuser, it makes more sense to me to use Balanced Stance, because it prevents knockdowns, especially Gale chains and Dev hammers. BTW, I'm editing the article to link to Soldier's Defense. (Edit, sorry, forgot to log in =P) - Pepe talk 10:27, 19 February 2007 (PST)
Also, I'm not really sure if Light of Deliverance should count as a "Typical Skill" here, when it's also mentioned in "Skills of Choice." Typical Skills should probably just be Infuse Health and a self-heal. And really, unless you're a fairly good PvP monk, playing an LoD infuser means you'll burn through your energy in about an minute and a half, so it's probably better to get them started with ZB or something =\ Until I decide on how to word that, though, I think I'll just add a note to please, in the name of all that is holy, not to put GoH on an Infuse bar. - Pepe talk 10:31, 19 February 2007 (PST)

Infuse isn't a build. It's a skill. Why not just write a general article on Infusing rather than making it a build? 204.52.179.199 14:27, 21 May 2007 (EDT)

Actually it is a build... --Lemming64 14:29, 21 May 2007 (EDT)
Very much so. And notice the nifty use of the letter r at the end of the name of this article. :) -- CoRrRan (CoRrRan / talk) 15:04, 21 May 2007 (EDT)

About Mesmer skill[edit]

Energy management is a very large topic with lots of different things that work. Channeling is good, still it's not the only answer. And then, anyone who bothers a monk with spike prevention either has a serious lack of experience or is the best monk ever. Neither of those have a say on an article meant for the public. And I hate repeating myself, so please think twice next time. ~ dragon legacy 07:31, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

That is not the case at all. The /Me secondary is commonly used for Hex Breaker, to prevent any Shame or Diversion affecting the use of Infuse Health. Energy gain is not an issue directly related to the "infusing" process, and therefore does not need to be mentioned here. Channeling, in particular, is not used to aid in the casting of Infuse Health/its other skills, nor is it used to manage the 10 energy cost of Infuse Health. — Rapta (talk|contribs) 06:14, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

Mo/R Infuser[edit]

Another idea for big infuses is: Dwayanna's Sorrow (on all party), Dwayann's Kiss (for simple heals), Watchful Healing (on yourself), Healers Boon, Infuse Health, Symbiosis, Contemplation of Purity (to heal yourself after infuse)

The "cheat" in this build is that you ll lose a massive amount of health but after losing the enchants with CoP you ll still be at 50% and would need less total healing to go back to 100% Eth 18:31, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
