Capping FoC

It is possible to cap FoC off of this guy, I just did it, I had to use Symbolic Celerity (at 0 FC) to shorten casting time of Cap sig and it took 3 tries but just like to say it is not impossible. Monk Texas Ranger 18:59, 9 January 2009 (UTC)
