Dialogue's a possibility, but skills isn't long at all. There's henchmen who have larger skill sections (Devona, Cynn, Aidan, and Mhenlo) and don't have collapse tags added. If we do add it to the dialogue, I suggest having it only for the scavenger hunt - as that's over half of his dialogue, probably almost half of the page.
