I used this quest to farm the Survivor title easily on my Assassin (as a Barrage Sin, mostly, but I did go with daggers a few times). Since it was a low risk, high XP reward, I added a note about how it can be used to farm XP with relative safety. No promises that it isn't boring. Miss Innocent 05:14, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

I find that by far the most difficult part of the quest is crossing grenth's footprint. Alone without shadow skills this could be nearly impossible (unless I'm missing something.) I added a note that survival and running skills are important. AeroSigma 21:55, 1 October 2008 (UTC)

Calor, I don't know. I remember doing this on my monk, I just kept him targetted and healed, healed, healed. I don't see why Click to Follow, etc, wouldn't work, but I'll have to test that myself. (Auto-watchlist FTW) MiraLantis 03:32, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Removal of NPCs[edit]

Why were these removed? This quest has its' own set of spawns which completely replace the standard unaccompanied spawns. -- User Gordon Ecker sig.png Gordon Ecker (talk) 23:41, 13 March 2009 (UTC)

Empty Chests?[edit]

I was surprised to see a chest as I was doing this quest so I looked it up here. It says that there should be a item for a random party member, I was alone aside from heroes/henchmen. I didn't see an item drop at all. Were they removed or did I not see an item because it by chance was assigned to a hero/henchman? 97.118.163.253 11:14, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

It was assigned to the H/H. A useful trick is to not open any of the chests until you are done. Then, flag all the H/H off the radar, so their names are greyed out in the party menu. So that way when you open the chests you get all the items... :) Vili >8< User talk:Vili 11:17, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
