Weird thing[edit]
Such quest items with special mods that couldn't be acquired for a max weapon only appear in Proph, do they? —Zerpha

- Yeah, back before they had all their bonuses lined up. I love getting shields with +1 ___ Magic (X%). Kinda sucks when you get an Illusion Staff with 20% fast cast Fire Magic and +1 Curses 20% though... ~ Da Si 01:00, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

- Because it is the only bow with damage reduction, and used to be very well known for this, hence the nickname. Not sure if I like the quotes, makes it a pain to search, but I still come across this term on occasion. The 18 people who edited the article thought it to be important enough to exist.

- It's not even a max bow. Yes, I like the bow for his special mods, I saved one on a mule, but I dont think this bow should have a page just because has a modifier that is not avaiable for a regular bow. A note on the quest page should be enough. If this bow really should have a page, then I want a page for the "Poisonous" Bow and "Sundering" Cesta from this quest and pages for many other weapons with weird mods we get as reward in Prophecies. - Absence of information should not breed deletion of more information. Feel free to make those pages. I've heard of the poisonous bow and actually used it back in the day in Maguuma, but can't imagine anyone keeping that cesta. Otoh, maybe this should just be moved to glossary?
