I don't like this skill. Raptaz 13:55, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

no one cares what you like or dont like, this is a good skill thats that!76.26.189.65 21:12, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
Everyone knows adren building is HELLISH with hammers, why is this so expensive? Ninjas In The Sky 16:32, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
Beacause otherwise hammers would not be hammers ;-)
They have to be expensive because hammers are made in a way that you attack slowly but if you have your adrenalin and then use a attack skill it deals extreme damage like this one.--Serina 21:47, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
I think this skill sucks too because, compared to Executioner's Strike and Galrath Slash, it sucks. Hammers attack every 1.75 seconds, so getting this would take 12.25 seconds. Getting Executioner's Strike or Galrath Slash would only take 10.64 seconds, despite the extra adrenaline. Bisurge 20:09, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
but this is in the hammer line. if different weapons didn't have strengths and weaknesses there'd be no reason to chose one over another. large +dmg is harder to get in the hammer line, but knockdown's are easier. balance does not mean axe=hammer=sword in every aspect.
Granted, the way I play hammers is I end Enraged Charge with Mokele Smash for a handy 6 adrenaline, so I pretty much remove the primary fault of hammers :3 This skill hurts like the dickens. Charge it up quick with the Enraged Mokele combo, SMAAASH someone, recharge it with Whirlwind and fire it off again. I love my hammer build. Krelus Derian 17:12, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

This skill is stupid now. Body Blow is the same thing except it can inflict deep wound if the target has cracked armor too. Admittedly, that isn't extremely common or anything, but there's literally no point in using this over Body Blow. 72.220.21.110 03:07, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

You're not a warrior or you're not spec'ing much into strength (like tactics instead)? --JonTheMon 03:11, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
1) It shouldn't only be useful just because a Warrior SECONDARY might CONSIDER using it, which is rare in the first place.
2) Why would you be a warrior and not spec much into strength? Yeah, I guess if you went 11 hammer mastery, 10 strength, and 10 tactics or something and/or if you want a major/superior rune that you'd rather have hammer mastery over strength for some reason, then sure, you might want Mighty Blow, but that still doesn't justify how it is now.
I'm not even saying it needs a massive buff, it just needs to be a real alternative (keyword being "alternative" since that's how skills work in this game mostly) to Body Blow, whether it be with lowered adrenaline cost, a small damage buff, or whatever. 72.220.21.110 12:58, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
Or you can run Mokele Smash and/or Engraged and start spamming massive damage hammer attacks like a boss.--BriarUser Briar Sig 3.jpgThe Spider 03:14, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
Show me an actually good build that can achieve that without massive adrenaline & energy deficiencies and at the same time making sense to use Mighty Blow over Body Blow and you'll have a point. 72.220.21.110 12:58, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

Zealous Hammer. Have fun. --BriarUser Briar Sig 3.jpgThe Spider 23:02, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

Auspicious Blow Is a decent enough energy-gaining adrenal hammer strike, I think. Mokele, while useful, is just a weaker and slower version of Enraged Smash. So maybe drop the latter for the former. Guildwarsrunner 04:58, 21 March 2011 (UTC)
I'm not really a fan of not having a reliable knockdown and being stuck with 25% slower movement speed with no way of getting out of it before Flail ends. This also doesn't prove that Mighty Blow is worth bringing over Body Blow (as in, one or the other) which was my entire point. 72.220.21.110 20:41, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
Well, for PvE or PvP? --BriarUser Briar Sig 3.jpgThe Spider 21:04, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
