WORST YEAR EVER.. THANKS FOR RUINING MY LIFE! --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:92.1.191.239 (talk).
Your mileage may vary... to me it's the first "cool" yearly green since the Bone Dragon. 68.118.250.100 01:19, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
Not much of a life, eh? User Rose Of Kali SIG.jpgRose Of Kali 01:28, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
Hate MOX as a hero, and hate him worse as a mini...especially the GREEN! and seriously after all the hype of the 5th year, there's no mini that just jumps out and says WOW to me, but to make MOX the green is epic fail imo (98.179.8.157 03:29, 24 April 2010 (UTC))
Yeah, I would have much preferred a regular "Avatar of the Gods" rolling one of the 5 Dervish Forms. Never liked MOX, even G.O.X. would have been better, or a Sinister Golem. Then again, he might actually look cute as a tiny robot following you around. But we got Marley, Ventari and Seer, so I'm happy. User Rose Of Kali SIG.jpgRose Of Kali 03:39, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
I predicted a MOX mini, but I think the green this year should have been a Doppelganger. -- User Kirbman sig.png Kirbman 05:36, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
MOX GREEN? C'mon! I dont care that MOX is a mini, BUT it should not have been green. It should be a white. The decline 23:22, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
/agree ah well atleast there're some awesome mini's this year. (forgot to sign...)--84.192.9.50 07:22, 1 May 2010 (UTC)
Hell yeah. Candysmith Marley is on my list of wants. But I stand by my anti-green MOX statement. The decline 19:34, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

o_O[edit]

Huh? 6 green minies for this year? --SharkinuUser Sharkinu sig.png 07:09, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

One in his normal form, and five for his dervish avatar forms, perhaps? It may be a randomized pick there.... --User Wandering Traveler Sig2.png Wandering Traveler 07:15, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
So Jora and Koss, who actually speak in the game and are generally more important, are purple, Zhed was given out as one of the high ends miniatures and he's only gold, why is MOX green? Did anyone consider MOX worth being green? I mean up until now greens were something cool, aside from Varesh. Either a dragon, they Eye, Gwen or the Mad King, but MOX? He's a bloody golem, I was expecting them to be white. Just because this one can change colours? I predict, unless this one unlocks special crap, this will be the second green to have very little value (Varesh). 58.106.43.167 07:24, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
^ Disagree. It will be worth 100e+ for quite a long time just like every other birthday-green mini that has been released. --Strong Like Magikarp 10:04, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
It better not be 6 different items, or I'd ragequit the game for a while. <_< But yeah, he's gonna be expensive for longer than the other greens, I think, because of the "morphing," no matter how retarded MOX is. Another cool concept with bad implementation. :/ User Rose Of Kali SIG.jpgRose Of Kali 10:21, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
"Another cool concept with bad implementation." I would not mind it at all if it selects a random avatar form everytime you deploy it. That would be kind of neat, imo. --Strong Like Magikarp 10:39, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
I think it's cool. People who complain M.O.X. is retared should change colours themselves sometimes. Your whining is getting old. 87.210.150.58 15:59, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

If it's just a regular miniature, i would have liked him to be just purple or gold instead as well. Yet if the color changing is true, this would be kind of a new twist and justify the unique slot. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 12:31, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
Well, my point was that they could have done better than MOX to implement this "new and unique mechanic" thingy. MOX just got old quick... :/ I never even use him outside of his quests and "OMG I'm level 10, here's my first max hero." I would have much preferred an Avatar of the True Gods that rolls one of the 5 Dervish forms OR one of the avatars that appear when /kneeling at their statue, or even just the Doppelganger that can roll male or female version. Oh well. :/ User Rose Of Kali SIG.jpgRose Of Kali 20:26, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
I heard that MOX walks around in his normal form, and then he randomly changes into avatar forms. So it's still technically just 1 pet with several forms. That makes it unique/green status worthy to me. :DTender WolfUser Tender Wolf sig.png 03:25, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
I highly doubt this to be the case, seeing as how even in the game all he does is change colors when he changes avatars. I call BS on that! 75.136.139.55 14:00, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
Just saw one in-game. Whenever you take it out it appears in one of the 6 forms and stays like that until you take it out again. It doesn't change on its own. 62.131.116.16 02:09, 28 April 2010 (UTC)

M.O.X. appears as one of his forms when you put him out. It is not 6 different items. Because of this special functionality, we felt he deserved to be green. On another note, I actually made a mini version of the Doppelganger to check it out, and we all felt that it was surprisingly not as cool as we had hoped. I had originally wanted to do it as the Green, but it really just wasn't that cool in mini form. Pretty lame, actually. It's head looked a bit more like a pimple than a head... - User Linsey Murdock sig.jpgLinsey talk 17:11, 28 April 2010 (UTC)

If its lame can I have it lol--SirBoss 20:28, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
I agree with Lindsey, with the avatar effect this mini definitely deserves to be green, too bad many of us will never be able to afford one. Eive Windgrace 04:48, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
I would have paid big money for a purple pimple popper topper. User Felix Omni Signature.pngelix Omni 06:19, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
Even with the different colours/avatars thing... people don't really like M.O.X, and I think *that* is the issue. 212.198.197.116 11:24, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
I dont like MOX as a hero; is a little too big. But as a miniature, I think is cool, even without diffrent forms. Mini Wall-E ^_^ --SharkinuUser Sharkinu sig.png 11:32, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
By saying that I still agree M.O.X. should have been a Purple, and the Seer should have been Green Tomoko 15:53, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
Why couldn't you have added the Doppelganger anyway? Make it white or something. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә User Aliceandsven 1.png ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 20:37, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
Well unlike most of you, I think MOX is a great green. I personally can't wait to get my hands on one. Midio 21:10, 1 May 2010 (UTC)
^agree. I love MOX as a hero and a mini ^_^. Never gotten a green before, but maybe this year... -132.160.54.228 00:36, 5 May 2010 (UTC)

"This will always be the rarest of the birthday miniatures"[edit]

why does it say this? -221.145.55.99 09:42, 26 April 2012 (UTC)

Before the 7th year gift, MOX was the last green mini. There will always be fewer 5th year minis than any of the other years, making mini MOX the rarest. It's possible that this could be influenced by other factors:
  • The drop rates might be different from year to year (however, there's considerable evidence suggesting the rates are the same or near enough),
  • If the seventh year drop rates are equal for each green, then this will increase the proportion of green MOXs relative to other greens, but won't affect which of the greens is the rarest.
  • There could be more MOX minis that are offered in trade than e.g. Bone Dragons under some very unlikely scenarios (e.g. 6-year veterans being more likely to play than 2nd and 3rd year players; e.g. everyone owning Bone Dragons gets perma-banned, taking their minis out of circulation, ...).
In short, fewer 5th year presents means fewer mini MOXs. – Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 02:40, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
