I found one in my inventory after completing the second phase of the Winds of Change.. doesnt seem to have any function or significance other than lore but still should make a page for it... if someone could tell me how to upload photos to the wiki i would be more than happy to share, thanks..... 02:15, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

While I appreciate that they give us a piece of lore to hold on to, it's an inventory space I can't spare. Is this supposed to be kept till chapter 3 or can I acquaint it with my garbage bin?91.177.244.230 13:43, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

I know im nobody to say but in the massively interview that was straight after the update (would need to find transcript) but i asked about the decree and should i keep it and they replied its fine to delete if needed. --80.2.185.183 22:36, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

stackable?

i have no idea how to change main page for that box, but it says in the info box that these are stackable, having got 1 in NM and 1 in HM i tried to stack them and it doesnt work, can someone change the box pls to reflect this. ty.  :) Spark-TBa 23:07, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

Seemingly Bugged

This item did not disappear when I completed the quest. It stayed in my inventory all the way through WoC. It's probably bugged and supposed to be taken by an NPC upon completion of the quest. It's going into the trash can. 24.8.249.129 01:23, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

i dont believe there is anypoint where it says that it would be deleted, it doesnt get removed from anyones inventory, a bit like zho's journal, its litterally for back story purposes, i dont believe it to be a bug though as i think it is working as intented.Spark-TBa 08:03, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
