the Ray of Judgement deals 90 damage pulses. was using a ranger/paragon so nothing to double damage if it is actually using 15 smite. feel free the test and theory, i'm almost always wrong although no one would know/care due to an ip comment. 98.134.146.82 15:13, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
