Third Scepter???[edit]
Could this possibly be another "twin" to the Scepter of Orr and the Scepter of the Mists? We saw Livia pick up a staff with almost the same skin as the two, but with a different lightning effect, during the GWEN ending cinematic. Could this be it? Also this... Paddymew 10:58, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

- I think this was the original name and ability of the Staff of the Mists. Having a twin for the Scepter of Orr being also named a Scepter makes more sense to me. And the Staff of the Mists power when dropped is like a weaker form of this. Assuming this is a third scepter, than this one is by far the most powerful, being 5 times as powerful as the Staff of the Mists. -- Azazel The Assassin\talk 01:18, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
