Aftercast of 1s?

"The attack actually takes one second to cast, but has one second aftercast delay, so the attack strikes a foe once every two seconds."

Can anyone (besides the original contributor) confirm that aftercast for spirits follows different rules than for characters? (I believe that aftercast for toons is currently set to either 0.75 or 0.) (See also: Talk:Gaze of Fury.) Thanks.  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 18:32, 8 August 2010 (UTC)

Well, it seems more to me like any other attack skill. The attack is launched/hits 1/2 through the activation time, but it takes the full time before another action occurs. --JonTheMon 04:07, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
