Talk:Skullreaver
Not the only morale boost[edit]
Skullreaver is not the only moraleboost south of the wall, during trouble in the woods quest you can kill Doomtooth, by going around the cave and bodyblocking him from the back when he tries to escape. You can leave the zone after killing doomtooth, but before mission is finished to also there gain up to 10 morale boost.--Prince godrik 15:12, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
Does this boss drop a green item?[edit]
Hi, can anyone tell me if they had any green drop from this boss ? Because i think this boss is the only one in all of guildwars that doesnt drop a green item. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Domn the tiger (talk • contribs) at 08:50, 7 September 2008 (UTC).
- A lot of bosses don't have Green weapons. 66.202.1.169 04:27, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
Scrolls?[edit]
Does this boss drop scrolls, casue if he does that'd be valuable knowledge for those seeking the title, Legendary Defender of Ascalon. Lord Zepherr 18:49:42, October 26, 2008 (UTC)
no scrolls in pre sorry--Justice 08:01, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
+10%[edit]
who the hell farms this guy for +10% morale boost to go northlands? in two charr runs you are max....removing note--Justice 08:01, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
- People who want a blue Sephis Axe 5-10 dmg or the significant time-cut of killing Skullreaver compared to the 4 charr bosses.--The Elite Destroyer 16:58, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
Getting a high dmg sephis is farming a sephis, not 10% morale boost. If going for the morale boost you can get 8% in less then 10-15min and you dont need a morale boost below the wall... Basically why kill this guy for 10min when you can get better drops/exp killing charr. Justice 08:17, 4 September 2009 (UTC)
lvl 5 drops[edit]
Saying despite lvl 5 his drops are low lvl is just silly. Lvl 5 is a low lvl. Beyond that, this guy will drop some pretty high lvl stuff for south of the wall. 5-10 to 5-11 sephis axe are fairly common from him along with high ar no-req shields. His swords do tend to suck for sure though. Justice 23:48, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
On another note. This boss doesnt just simply drop more then most monsters in pre searing, this guy actually drops more items then most monsters in the game. Virtually guaranteed double drops every time you kill him. Perhaps note could use a re-word unless im mistaken about how common double drops from other monsters are. Justice 23:51, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
- He does not. You get more becuase you are solokilling him in 2 player area, and because he is a boss. Backsword 20:23, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
Most monsters drop 1 item and maybe some gold. This guy almost always drops two weapons. Nothing to do with 2 player area. That just means you will have alot fewer kills with zero drops. Justice 18:15, 27 September 2009 (UTC)
- Please read the full sentence, not skiping the final part. Backsword 02:39, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
I read a couple lines on bosses. Sorry I guess with puging and h/h I never noticed them droping more items. Justice 21:10, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
Getting there the cheaters way[edit]
I dunno if its worth adding, But the Raging cadavers can be killed all the way along without getting hit once, all you do is run along the wall below leading to Oberan the Reviled, and use Deathly Swarm on them, and after several hits, they go down. then using the broken walls and corners on the side you can hide and abuse the same skill. this makes short work of the corridor leading to him, good exp for a lvl 3 necromancer too :) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 202.164.199.67 (talk • contribs) at 13:08, 25 September 2009 (UTC).
Blood renewal's regen will make you immune to them. Dont waiste your time wall casting on them just to have to run all the way back to collect drops and get to skull reaver. Justice 19:36, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
Drops[edit]
I just killed him and he dropped a Longsword 5-7, a Tribal blade 5-6, and a blue Wooden Buckler 5 Armor. Nothing valuable, but its all stuff that's not listed on the page. Eh...~ A R A ~ 23:39, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
