It would, but Mantra of Earth is faaarrr better when it comes to skill synergy. -AyaStowar

For a ranger primary, Storm Chaser would indeed work well with Stone Striker. For an elementalist or mesmer primary, however, Mantra of Earth would be better. --RoyHarmon 18:19, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

Bugged?

Heroes do not appear to use this skill, at least not properly. I've had my suspicions for some time, but now I'm rather confident. Had Jin equipped with it in Sepulchre of Dragrimmar, and only saw her use it against the Jotun on the way to the entrance (maybe for the speed boost). While I didn't watch her the entire run, I never saw the skill recharging even with all of the elemental damage in that dungeon. Posting this for others' experiences.
