Allies From Summoning Stones vs Teleporters

So I was VQing Prophets Path this evening while using a summoned ally Grentch.I activated a portal via the teleporting stones and went thru, however my Grentch did not. Minions always have gone thru (can't remember about spirits), however the Grentch did not. Does anyone know if all allies summoned via a stone do not go thru the portals in the Crystal Desert, or was it a glitch? Haven't seen/heard this discussed anywhere else and thought it was odd that your summoned allies won't go thru when minions always have. (Usaf1a8xx 01:34, 20 May 2011 (UTC))
