I imagine that this would be the skill used to cause damage by the siege weapons in Chahbek Village, which occurs on enemies out in the water so I don't know if you could ever tell that was it. Also aren't there some Istani siege shells being used in Consulate Docks somewhere? Can't remember since there was so much exploding in there, but again it would be a foe only one if so and undiscoverable. --Star Weaver 17:17, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
