So it looks like we'll have to move Celestial Miniature Token to the right place then. Chieftain Alex 20:22, 31 January 2013 (UTC)

Quest name reference?[edit]

The name of this quest appears to be a variation on Henny Youngman's famous one-liner: "Take my wife—please!" - Dashface User Dashface.png 23:26, 3 February 2013 (UTC)

I've added it to the page. --Silver Edge 00:10, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

One time only?[edit]

So, being bored of GW2 I decided to check out how things were in GW, and did all the quests related to Canthan New Year, among some other stuff. Later on I noticed this when I checked wiki page for CNY, and remembered that I had done this last year. But when I go see the NPC she doesn't have anything for me, apart from wishing me good luck or whatever her default, non-quest giving dialogue was. So, while wiki page here says it's once every account for each year, is it actually once for account forever? Or does it have something to do with the bug that prevented some of my characters to get other eventquests? Oooooorrr maybe it has something to do with the fact that I got celestial horse already from fortunes? I've no idea, any light you can shed would be much appreciated 188.238.14.127 17:29, 4 February 2014 (UTC)

Well, I got the token last year (and spent it on a mini) and I got it again this year. Both times did I start opening fortunes after getting the token.
But this year around I experienced some weird stuff as well (you can see the discussion I was having with SE). So I can't really help you either, I'm afraid. But best of luck of getting your token after all.
Did you maybe get a token last year and didn't spend it on a mini and thus had it in your inventory when you talked to Ikura? Steve1 (talk) 21:21, 4 February 2014 (UTC)
I think I know what you are both running into. I've made an explanation on another talk page in reply to someone with a similar issue. I hope this helps. ~ Matthew Moore (talk) 02:39, 5 February 2014 (UTC)
