I see this quite often but why do ppl in the higher pvp areas use this shield?? I don't get it why these inscriptions are used over the +30HP inscrip, especially in pvp 217.121.230.38 02:15, 11 December 2011 (UTC)

Are you sure that it's this specific shield and not a Shield of the Dead which uses the same model? As for why the mods would be better - if you're a warrior, then blind is one of your greatest weaknesses, and to them 20% shorter blind would be more valuable than 30 hp.
