so if this enchantment ends, and you would have 0 health, would the healing keep u alive?24.182.202.236 01:24, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

If you have 0 health, you're dead in any situation. So yes. Calor (t) 01:26, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
You can't be killed by a reduction in max health. The heal will only kill you if you're still below 0 health after it. --24.179.151.252 11:07, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

There is actually a way to make this a very powerful healing spell. Just put this spell AND Signet of Pious Light. So whenever you want to heal just use Vital Boon then Signet of Pious Light.Posted by Ronith Maximillion

If your health would drop below 0 as a result of this skill, you won't die, since the heal occurs a tiny step after the health drop, and not even degen works that fast. Still, it might kill you if you had like, Pain of Disenchantment or Soul Barbs on you. --Ckal Ktak 21:24, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

should be linked to generous was tsungrai? same idea essentially..except one is an enchant and one is an item spell --Celtus 23:48, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

Hero Use[edit]

I thought that heroes used to maintain this at all times. Now however, perhaps as part of the Dervish update, they hardly use it at all. In fact, they seem to use it only after their health drops below 50%. Furthermore they seem to consistently use Signet of Pious Light before this skill, which is totally bass ackwards. --Doodle01 12:51, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
