Revert[edit]

  • The current image is extremely low quality, and does not add anything to the article.
  • Having it scaled down just creates lots of whitespace.
  • Having it on the page at all just pushes the map further down the page.
  • Usability is more important than consistency.

Aaaand that's why I think we should use my version of the page. Anyone else have any thoughts, since we'll likely be doing this for more pages soon. --Santax (talk · contribs) 00:42, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

I'm fine with removing it if you feel strongly about it, but every ohter quest of this sort has a picture like that. Are all those wrong too? Backsword 00:44, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Well, I don't really see the point of having a picture of the target NPC on that page considering that people are also like going to visit that NPC's page, let me put it that way. I just think if we're going to do this, we should do it properly. --Santax (talk · contribs) 00:46, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
I simply followed the standard followed by every Zaishen Bounty quest I could find. I'll remove him for now, since it doesn't matter much to me. But I'd like it to be consistent. Backsword 00:48, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

Reverting something is a good plan, i would do that part about the hero hench possibility of the quest. Friendly thought, but i do all h/h and other do none of them h/h, so lets say thats strickly personal and not wiki worthy. The image i would keep definately, its where you wanna go for the quest, since a quest marker is lacking. Since the quest is repeatable i sometimes have to think where it was exactly but i never go back to page of the NPC, but this is personal too maybe.Cabal Slaver

Missable quest?[edit]

I didn't notice there were new quests until today, so I went to Lion Arch Keep to give it a try. But the signpost gave me the quest Wanted: Amalek the Unmerciful directly, which appear to be the second quest this signpost can offer. After completing it, I returned to Lion Arch Keep to get my reward, but even after that, the signpost won't give me the Wanted: Insatiable Vakar quest. Am I missing something, or is this quest really missable? --Funky Jah (talk) User Funky Jah icon.jpg 17:58, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

My guess it it's similar to the ZB, and that quest'll come back at some time. ThrainFile:User Thrain Sig.pngcontribs 18:03, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
I had the same scenairo, the first quest doesn't seem to be takeable anymore.(You're probably right about the ZB similarity) 83.248.186.171 19:58, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
I am pretty sure that this is a bug and I have reported it in Feedback:Bug_reports/Quest_bugs and put bug note on Lion's Arch (War in Kryta) page. If you are meant to do the quests in a certain order, then probably only one of them should be listed, with then next listed after the previous one is completed and reward obtained perhaps? Arrowmaster 12:12, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
They currently behave exactly like a Zaishen Quest so I think it's safe to say it's not a bug. All missable quests have no real story arc (here we are randomly killing people for a bounty (like Zaishen Bounty) wereas unmissable quests (like you are inferring this is) have some form of a story. You missed it this time but I'm sure it will be back, alot of people missed the first few Zaishen Quests but look at them now :). Supervillain-Tox 13:01, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
Yep, I think you are correct. After the new Wanted: Carnak the Hungry quest came out later today, I obtained it ok from the board and did it in HM, obtaining a wonderful Medal of Honor with the 25 War Supplies from the two quests I did (although I am guessing like everyone else what to do with it... might have been nice if you could have applied it to your Shining Blade costume... lol). Loop Point?[edit]

Seems like we've gotten through all of the Wanted quests there are... 15, not counting the once-only ones. Not bad for a relatively small area of the world, I would say. 98.226.156.237 16:08, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

It may have reset though during the rebalancing who knows? --Smithy-Star User Smithyben sig icon.png 16:54, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
Should a note be added stating that this was the first one available twice as has been done for the relevant Zaishen Quest pages?Dakota 17:02, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
Like with the z-quests, who cares anyhow. The information doesnt help anyone nor is it interesting. Justice 21:05, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
Put the note in, it's a point of interest. ~~000.00.00.00~~ 21:10, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
I too am for the idea of putting the note in. It has already been said that it's been done for the relevant Zaishen Quest pages, some consistency should be followed for the Wanted quests as well.

Again, RESET?[edit]

And once again we get this bounty. Future User Future Signature.png 16:02, 7 June 2010 (UTC)

What the...at least its not looping on one of the 3+1 supplies quests --189.135.89.104 19:56, 7 June 2010 (UTC)

....Oh great and I was saving Vakar to kill today since yesterday was a busy day. Missed out on easy 50 war supplies then.... Wrei110.175.241.56 08:37, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

FIFTY? don't you mean 20? Future User Future Signature.png 13:35, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Depends how many characters one has. Dakota 18:27, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
And again. Is this the fourth or fifth time now?Dakota 09:44, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
Insatiable Vakar - He just keeps coming back for more. --Etaoin Shrdlu 18:57, 12 June 2010 (UTC)

His Armor.[edit]

So many heros and enemies have such great armor, sad that we can't have this guys set or Kahmu's armor. R U Who U Want To B 04:35, 29 January 2011 (UTC)
