Just checked, A Brief Introduction is definitely given by this guy and not the Adept.
Same is true for Between a Rock....
The Scourge of Vabbi didn't show up with the Adept, but that makes sense since my char hadn't done the 2nd prereq Q.

A check, I got confused because you apparently start the Between a Rock... at the Acolyte (I didn't remember because I had it in my quest log already for a long time) and turn it in afterwards with the Adept and not the Acolyte. Because the guys are so alike I mixed them up.
Checked The Scourge of Vabbi for you as I abandoned that one, it is only given by the Adept, so everything is good. Ceylin Asiye (talk) 09:26, 6 January 2016 (UTC)
