I think the advantage here is so slight that it would take a necromancer with 10 minions to properly exploit it. Even then, there's barbs which does the same thing only far easier. Anybody use this? Maybe there's a build I haven't thought of which uses this skill. --80.16.169.162 15:39, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

Think a physical dmg team. Barrage or IA rangers, minions, pets, cyclone axe warrior etc. For a single person the +4 isnt much, but when you think of terms of an entire team, it starts to show its usefulness. For instance, 2 barrage rgrs that launch all 6 arrows.. yes I know that doesn't happen often...+48 dmg between them, +40 from those 10 minions hammering away, overall the affect is alot of extra damage being pumped out. Does not effect spirits but its a spirit itself so that can hel R/Rt or Rt/R with being a nearby spirit... singe your barraging add in splinter weaponsfor even more joy... MrPaladin 17:36, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
I think predatory season would be more useful at that point. At least it ignores armor and if you're going for a mostly physical damage team anyway, why not go the whole nine yards with it? --80.16.169.162 13:05, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
Will MOP trigger once or twice with it?77.37.243.245 23:32, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
Once, it's not counted as a separate damage packet. King Neoterikos 23:38, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

Affects foes, too?[edit]

Does this spell affect damage done by foes as well? Is it like Frozen Soil, e.g., in that it affects both sides equally?

GC?[edit]

If you cast Winnowing before you cast Greater Conflagration, will it increase first and then convert to fire damage? K61824 03:37, 31 July 2011 (UTC)

Honor[edit]

How's this work with Ebon Battle Standard of Honor, if at all? Anyone know?--Ph03n1x 20:48, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
