are we starting this late this year?

No Mischievous Tonics on official site[edit]
The Official Site does not mention Mischievous Tonics (that's why I took it out when I created this page). Previous years did have them, as I recall. Is the official site wrong this time around? Lord Mondegreen 12:16, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
