Could be quite useful. Hit two foes and you've already recouped the energy cost of the skill. --MasterPatricko 10:19, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

Recharge kills it. Not bad for PvE, but I don't predict this getting much PvP use. -Auron 10:25, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
Yes, too high Recharge for any good Use, also in PvE...
what are you talking about get like 10 trolls on you and spam farmer's scyth till you get low and then hit this rinse and repeat lol, that = super derv farmers. --Tenshi Strife 00:10, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
g'bye Lyssas Assault, which i never really liked anyways
Well lol.. scythes can hit 3 creatures max in a time so 10 trolls give as much energy as 3. So theres a energy gain of 4 every 11 seconds :O not so good IMO 84.250.70.34 11:29, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

You mean Onslaught? Shido 18:20, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
My beef is that even in PvE you're not hitting more than one thing a lot of the time, in PvP you want your Wearying Strike and tree for VoD, when the AoE matters. Why not halve the recharge but scale energy gain from 0...2...3 if you're worried about abuse (though I can't really come up with any bar that would run this with a 10 s recharge)? Rangers have stuff like Prepared Shot and Melandru's Shot that require nothing more than pushing a button, this might need some good positioning to get good mileage out of. Of course, those two ranger skills are elite, so I might have owned myself here. I'll shut up now. ;) ~Seef II <> 02:17, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

Again, being a bit pedantic, but is this a Scythe Attack, a Melee Attack or a general Attack ? Judging by the name I presume the first case (Scythe Attack) - but clear wording is everybody's friend !!! Clan Yumemiru 22:21, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

Don't worry, you're not being pedantic. When the skills were uploaded to the wiki, the script used by the Arena Net guy, Isaiah, did not list the difference between generic attacks and weapon specific attacks. He has been manually fixing those himself, but he mentioned how he's not sure he has updated all skills. So, making it short, I don't really know : P But it's probably a Scythe Attack that Isaiah forgot to update (take a look at his talk page, he has so much stuff to do that I don't blame him). Please drop the recharge to 5 or 6.--72.64.46.60 11:05, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

Why does every GW:EN scythe attack except Radiant Scythe have a horrible recharge time?--Atlas Oranos 19:19, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

I don't find 10 recharge on a skill wich is possibly very powerful (read: Attacker's Insight buffed, leetsausages) horrible. I'd use it, if i'd ever use my dervish, probably (and make a BIG change to the crummy skill bar it currently has, lawl)

If you don't play with it how do you know that it's recharge is fine? I'm sicking tired of people of your kind, you say that it's ok as it is but yet, you don't play with your dervish....

*Gasp* new skills make combos with old?![edit]

Might be a good reason to pack Onslaught as your elite, here... lowered cost boosts the total gain, and lowered recharge speeds it up. Those new Wind signets will fit nicely as well. -- Jioruji Derako.> 20:15, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Owns[edit]

This is WAY superior to Lyssa's Assault 72.222.217.198 21:20, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

typo[edit]

says ...adrenaline or each... (KILL MementoMori 20:53, 18 February 2011 (UTC))

What's the typo? You get +1 adren per hit (total 2), per foe. eg. Hit 3 foes for 6 adren, assuming no adren booster. K2K 11:26, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

+ Damage[edit]

the additional Damage ratios seem to be off. at lvl 12 scythe; its only an additional 17 damage in game. Not 22.

The increments still go up by +1 per lvl; but the base starts at +5, not +10. --Clovis 04:06, 5 June 2011 (UTC)

then why is it not listed this way on the table?... SHOULD we update it? the page is kinda misleading as-is... ~~ User Kiomadoushi sig.png Kiomadoushi 22:53, 18 June 2011 (UTC)
