Account wide

Are these quests account wide? I did the random arena ones on one character then went onto another to do them again, and they arent there. Alexchan 11:50, 3 June 2011 (UTC)

It's easy to see that they have to be account-wide. Otherwise you could keep making new PvP-only chars, take the RA quest on each one and get an infinite number of strongboxes. -- Hong 12:47, 5 June 2011 (UTC)

Possible Trivia?
