I suggest using a Mysticism hood with a mysticism rune in order to keep the avatar going for as long as possible. Minor Scythe rune as well. Radiants on all pieces.

Usage

1) Use Faithful Intervention as soon as you zone. If you braught SoH, use that now too.

2) Just before battle, activate the Avatar and use Eternal Aura just before aggroing. You should have enough time to use Scan + Twin Moon Sweep, which will remove Eternal and not Faithful.

3) Continue Scanning and pwning until everything is dead.

Notes

• It is highly recommended that you take some further form of damage buff on a hero or other player, especially physical/melee buffs, such as Strength and Honor (ESPECIALLY!), Command Paragons with skills such as Anthem of Envy or "Find Their Weakness!", or various necromancer skills. Splinter Weapon is wonderful, as well.
