Skill. Target Foe is Knocked Down and receives 20...56...65 earth damage. You become Crippled for 2 seconds for each attack skill you have (Max 10...5...4). Iron Palm counts as a Lead Attack.

Reason: At first I made a skill called Ox Thrust, which did almost everything Iron Palm did, so I combined both to make a better skill, which could still be used easily outside of the Assassin profession. I removed the “touched foe” requirement to give it a feel like Gale, and the drawback would be being crippled, so it wouldn’t be too useful for a melee character. With the 15 seconds recharge I made for it, there could possible be some problems with the Deadly Arts spike becoming much more powerful. But with Dancing Daggers staying the same and a Deadly Arts Spiker’s bar already close to full I doubt this will have to much influence on the build. This is a skill, so it does get affected by Expertise, I kind of wanted to give this the old school Blackout feel on a ranger. Since Palm attacks usually refer to a touch skill, this might need a renaming.
