Story[edit]
As a young girl living in the slums of Kaineng City, Akane grew up into an expremely impoverished life. One day, cold and hungry, Akane begged for help from the Gods. Unfortunately, the wrong God answered her call. These dark whispers offered her a way of sustainance and means of shelter, for the small price of her soul. She, without a moments hesitation, accepted their offer. From then on, her hunger was resolved and her thirst was quenched. However, with the dark Gods now owning her soul, she was made into one of their agents. A curse was placed upon Akane, which shackled her to spending life of spreading this dark Gods corruption across the land. This curse is also degenerative, so the more corruption she spreads, and the longer she is afflicted, the more powerful and unstable she becomes.
