Some ideas for copyright/licensing issues...
1) If the article has some Arenanet copyrighted text larger than would fall under 'fair use' doctrine (such as Abaddon) The text should be highlighted with a small tag (may be just a small Arenanet logo?) The logo could be clickable and go to a desciption of the copyright policy. (I just noticed LordBiro seems to be going in that direction too.)
2) If the article is based almost entirely on Arenanet copyrighted material (such as Timeline) a tag such as {{arenanet article}}. This tag must remain unless all the Arenanet text is re-written.
3) We should encourage (not require) people to add user boxes to indicate the default license that they submit articles under... public domain, GFDL, GFDL and later, or Arenanet copyright. Obviously when someone like Gaile submits an 'official' article then that can be tagged as an Arenanet article. This'd make it easier to check the provinence of an article if we need to.
