Skill	Fatal flaw
Amity	PBAOE, long recharge, ends on each foe when damage is taken.
Balthazar's Pendulum	Shouldn't be an elite simply because there's too many anti-knockdowns... Maybe a warrior elite at best.
Boon Signet	Weak healing and weak energy management.
"Charge!"	Every henchman has this. I'm TIRED of CHARGING.
Extend Conditions	Mesmers are bad at inflicting conditions.
Healer's Covenant	Any skill with an upkeep cost sucks in my book.
Crippling Anguish	Good for monsters in PvE to use on you. Not so much the other way around. All it does is annoy.
Recurring Insecurity	Conjure Nightmare is better.
Scribe's Insight	Signet-heavy builds don't need energy.
Seeping Wound	An elite slot to do bad degen. No thanks.
Shadow Form	If the build isn't based around it, it's a suicide tactic.
Symbols of Inspiration	Signet-heavy builds don't need energy.
Unyielding Aura	It's only good for the laughs when it gets stripped.
Trapper's Focus	Traps still take forever to activate, and can be interrupted by normal means.
Quick Shot	Called Shot moves faster, is unblockable, and is a non-elite.
