Notes[edit]
- The resurrected party member must be within casting range.
- The resurrected party member cannot activate skills with a cast time for 1 second, although they can still move and use skills with no cast time.
- The bonus does not affect Health Regeneration (such as from Healing Breeze), the healing from Divine Favor, nor indirect healing from enchantments (such as Dwayna's Sorrow). For details, see healing modifiers.
- When dismissed, this skill can resurrect even if the caster or target is in Frozen Soil range. However, it cannot be cast while under the effects of Frozen Soil. The monk can retreat out of range, cast this skill, move back in and cancel it to resurrect.
- If maintaining this skill when you die, another dead party member will resurrect at your corpse. However, if the resurrected party member is a hero or henchman with no resurrection skills, your death counts toward the party wipe.
- If a party resigns while one or more of them are maintaining this skill, the enchantments will end and resurrect players even after they have resigned.
- Heroes dismiss Unyielding Aura the instant a party member dies in range to resurrect them. They also give a low priority to re-casting it during combat.
- This skill, Eternal Aura, "By Ural's Hammer!", and "We Shall Return!" are the fastest resurrection skills.
- In parties with death penalty removal consumables in high end quests, resurrecting at full health and especially at full energy is valued greatly over the increase in healing output.
Anomaly. The tiny delay between the target being teleported to the casters location and being resurrected is long enough for an AI to possibly use "We Shall Return!", which takes place before UA's resurrecting effect.
Bug.If you are moving when it ends, the resurrected party member will be teleported to where you started running or where you last changed direction, not to your current position.
Trivia[edit]
- Since the September 10, 2008 update, the dead party member must be within casting range to be resurrected when the enchantment ends. Before that, this spell would resurrect a party member from any location on the map.
- The functionality of this skill has changed since its introduction; see its PvE and PvP skill histories for details.
