Only thing I would do to this layout is add a little space between sections (one extra line break between each, so the attributes are more noticeably separated), and have possibly some quick-links at the bottom, for easy access to the various PvE-only skills. I'll have a look into those links to PvE stuff. And I'll add the extra linebreak in the same go. Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, the new system is annoying as hell to run through; sure, you can sort by attribute, but then it's not alphabetical, so finding the one skill you want is even harder. How did they come upon this new system anyway?
