Hello EarlTheGray,
while I agree with the other two guys that those vids are unnecessary, I'd like to welcome you to the wiki! I hope you can keep your wilingness to improve things, even after the start has been a bit rough. "We've always doe it like this" is a sure way to kill of improvements (although I have also fallen into that trap before) so don't let yourself get deterred.
