Ongoing NC Account Issues

I'm going to add on to this Storage pane issues..as well Not only can I not log into PlayNC due to the huge lag and page drop outs. But I also have that old issue that older players have with access to the NC site due to all the Changes since the launch of the store. Where the NC-Store does not line up to the GW's account. I have done what you said opened a new account that points to nothing, and told Support. I have gotten 0 responses to any Issues.. And now with this free panel, *that everyone needs/ wants. I guess I can't have that as well... It was the worst Idea in the world, to give a gift that was needed by so many in this way.. Through a 2nd party server, other than just giving the people a real need.. I am really really upset.. and people who know me, find that rare. If this does not come to pass for me, I will indeed leave.. The way this was done, was so wrong. NC must have known their servers could not take the volume.. It's like a really bad april fools joke.. and I for one don't find it funny at all, since the people spoke for this need and fought for it... Well it's May 2nd and I now have a Master Account name, But no password. I sent Support a request the very day I got the Master Name in. But it's been 5 days now with no word from Support, so I'm guessing they feel the issue has been fixed. I'm tired, and sick of the whole thing now. The Point of this Birthday was to be a fun even I was looking to enjoy. In turn it was the worst I ever had. Giving a gift in this manner was just the start. Not to mention the wrong way of doing it. What got me the most was just how bad the Communication is between Support to user, With the NC site not being very user friendly, or easy to work. The UK Support team directed me to update any other issues through my Account in the area marked as MYSTUFF, That was so funny, since I can't get into my account, more less my page to do such an action. So in the end This birthday I loose, and mostly due to playNC and GW's moving the store around thru the years. It was better when it all was connected to the game. Also the lack of response after 5 days in regards to my password, tells me communication inter phase with support is not up to snuff. So I loose No extra pane for me, Happy Birthday.. I'm starting to think I'll just give all the stuff in all 8 mules to Dan Frozenwind for next Wintersday, and I'll just leave GW's and goto Runes of Magic, I hear it's much better, and the help/ support is like GW's use to be.. enough said.. 172.162.158.251 04:49, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

UPDATE May 7th still no word from Service [Incident: 090502-000491]

UPDATE May 8th Finally Support wrote back!.. They wish Photo views of the account keys, I will scan them this weekend. They also wish to move the account to a new NC account. The teams I have been working with for the past 15 days. Tonight at 9pm (est) the account was corrected & made stable by Viv. Your Whole team worked really hard to get this done. After 3+ years I can finally use the store ! Do you know how good that feels to say? OMG ! I'm so Happy ! my mini pets are dancing all around ! My Guild is launching fireworks ! & I'd like to say, I'd send you all a big box of homemade Butterscotch Brownies if I could !!! Gaile if your ever near Boston let me know, I owe you dinner ! Wiki Tips

I thought this info might help you. I know when I first started on the wiki I was totally confused about formatting. So here's a bit of info:

• Titles are formatted as == (title) == and I prefer to put a space between the title and the content, but I guess that's optional.
• Do not start your posts with asterisks, or space in from the left margin. It really messed formatting on the wiki. :-/
• Join a thread by placing your comment at the bottom of the thread. Indent one space more than the preceding comment. To do that, place one colon -- : -- for each indentation. If the comment above you has three, then start each of your paragraphs with four colons.
• New topics go at the bottom.

Mini's

Today I bought a White Bunny! I had wanted it for so long, I felt the odds, of me getting one in July where too high so I decided to put down the cash for one. I got a pretty good deal a Unded White Bunny for 80plat / 5ectos! So you may see me with my new pet when I'm running around the arenas ! Out of all the Mini's I only really liked the dragons, and the White Rabbit! My collection is huge now ! And I'm currently working on a Brown Bunny. A friend of mine got one as a drop, and was going to give it to his Girlfriend, but in a funny change of events, she also got one on a drop. So he may sell it to me at a fair price ! Crossing my fingers here ! I'm still working weekly with the traveler as to get one on a drop, or even a Gwen doll. I spoke with Dan Frozenwind today, I asked if he was going to continue with his Wintersday event this coming year? We had spoken before, and he had said last years was going to be his last and that he was planning on melting, and becoming normal again. Today he told me nothing in life is as planned and that due to many things, he planned to carry on with the event this year, That he was currently working on the ball for Oct. I told him I may know of 3 holiday mules full to the gill with holiday stuff, and that I may give to him. On the condition all things where given to bring happiness and joy at Christmas time. He said he would insure that. I told him I'd find him when the time had been decided on. I told him not to melt away because he was a good soul, or flake. Loved by all... So at least that's all set up. Because it took me 3 years to get all this stuff, I'd like it to be used as a gift, to make people happy. Other than someone getting rich off them. And since Christmas is my time of the year, Even though I'm not allowed to have it in real life, I always enjoyed spending Christmas here on Guild Wars, while others where having what I wish I could have again in my life. Hogwartz Black hole in Shang Jea

I alerted Support to the Black hole Issue in Shang Jea. It was a hole that players could pass through. It was just like Harry Potter and the Train Station, One could run into the wall and show up somewhere else. It only happened at the Birthday event. But was able to be done in every district. The location was, If you stand in the middle of the sand pit, looking at the last storage box, Right above that, You'd see a huge plant on the wall, Now turn to the left, to the next huge plant on the wall. Right under there. One could run at that wall, and show up, at the gate to the training area. The hole was fixed, when the map changed after the Birthday event. But Support seemed very interested in it's location. So I sent them screen shots today. Jun and I had fun passing through it a few times, Sadly our mini pets wouldn't follow us through  :( 172.162.32.51 04:18, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
