Guild Pages[edit]

See GWW:GUILD on creating a guild page. -- FreedomBoundUser Freedom Bound Sig.png 18:59, 29 October 2009 (UTC)

Your guild page has been moved to Guild:High Ping Victims. You have 14 days to add content and make it conform to our Guild page policy or it will be deleted. Thanks! -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 12:51, 30 October 2009 (UTC)

Hi[edit]

May I suggest you make the Guilds in the Guildspace in the first place, rather than making it in the mainspace and then moving it to Guild? Thanks. --User Ezekial Riddle silverbluesig.pngRIDDLE 15:45, 11 November 2009 (UTC)

Historic Guilds[edit]

Hey. I noticed you have been adding the "historical" template to a lot of guilds lately. I am assuming that you know for a fact that these guilds are historical (guilds are not marked as historical unless they are known to be disbanded or have been tagged as inactive for at least 3 months) so I will not say anything more about that. However, please note that historical guilds' pages should not only have the historic tag, but also be physically moved to a page called "Guild:name of guild (historical)". This since the in game naming mechanic allows a new guild to take the same name as a disbanded guild.--Lensor (talk) 16:03, 11 November 2009 (UTC)

Cape[edit]

Stop changing it lol. -- User Halogod35 Sig.png Halogod35 22:36, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

instead of blanking the page, put {{delete|moved}} or something so admins can delete it. -Auron 11:12, 31 January 2010 (UTC)

Notable guild pages[edit]

If you are going to insist on creating pages for historically notable guilds, please make sure you have enough information to fulfill the requirements of our guild page policy. Also, do not tag them as historical unless you name them as historical. If they still exist in the game they are not historical. Thanks! -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 18:28, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

(sorry for my english ^_^) Hey, ok, but I tag them as historical because of inactivity (This page is a player-managed entry on a guild that was once notable, but has now faded into obscurity through INACTIVITY or disbanding). So, if I understand, all gold trimmed guild aren't historical? (because they still exist in the game). Concerning the guild page police, I have to put the alliance nav? But inactive guilds don't have alliance.

No, you don't have to put an alliance nav, but you do have to have at least a leader name, or some other contact information. That is required by the Guild page policy. Without that they get tagged for clean up and get deleted 2 weeks later. If they are no longer active in the game, and you are adding them just as historical information, you need to name them as historical (Guild:Guild Name (historical)). If you simply tag them as historical as a regular guild page, they just kind of get lost in the midst of the active guilds. -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 19:03, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
