The images you have uploaded do not conform with our Image use policy and have been tagged for deletion. If they are for use on your userpage, they should follow this naming format: User <Username> <imagename>.<extension>. You have just uploaded another image that does not conform to the Image use policy. All the images you have uploaded will be deleted soon.
