User talk:Ridz16/Archive 1
Hello, 0gion, and welcome to the Official Guild Wars Wiki! If you need help with anything, don't hesitate to add a message to my talk page. I highly recommend that you check out the "Welcome to the wiki" page - it's extremely useful as an initial guide. Best of luck and happy editing! — ク Eloc 貢 02:48, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
- Please don't troll on this page. Some of the people think that you're serious. Also, 71.229 is very well known by his IP, you're more anonymous than he is :\ Just thought I'd let you know. 71.31.149.63 21:22, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
- don't troll on my talk page. and idk who you are just to let you know.--0gion 21:29, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
- I didn't expect you to know who I was, and it's really totally irrelevant. I was giving you information about a situation that you acted unjustly arrogant in and making a request that I felt was needed after reading that page. Not trolling. It's fascinating how many people here are able to interpret my contributions as trolling though. 71.31.149.63 19:28, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
- You haven't contributed anything except write BS in ppl's discussion pages, I on the other hand have upload images for guild wars mission/quest as well as add important walkthrough and notes. Stop wasting my time and stop writing nonsense in my talk page before I report you to sysop.--0gion 20:10, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
- You do that. What will you report me for, offending your ego by asking you to not troll? I haven't broken policy, I didn't personally attack you, which is the only policy that I can imagine you even possibly trying to accuse me of breaking. You should check out this and...wow...I hadn't realized that GWW's YAV page was a redirect O.o That...may explain alot. You also seem to value contributions differently than me. I feel that, since GW is still more complete in its in-game information, and still a better resource, that this wiki's primary usefulness comes from the fact that maybe, just possibly, someone from ANet will read what is on the discussions. Thus, I hold the talk pages to have even higher value than the actual pages. GW2W will not have to worry about GW having an enormous time advantage, so will be able to have the better actual content, assuming things are done right, but GWW was just set up too late. 71.31.149.63 20:55, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
- On a related note, Erasculio's "logic" fills me with a mixture of anger, disbelief and frustration.I'm not the one who needs anger management, come back after you got some serious help. And by the way, I'm busy adding REAL contributions to GWW I may or may not reply to your silly replies. --0gion 21:34, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
- Uh...what? That was irrelevant and not even logical. That statement was an expression of how much I dislike his arguements. If I argue against him, that's not anger issues. If I spend all day swearing at him in all caps about how I'm going to kill his family or something, that's anger issues. An a side note, have you read the past bureaucrat election pages? If so, you may understand my reasoning behind that statement. Although, since your reply basically stated that you did not even bother to read what I said, I don't expect you to d that, or even try to understand this either :\ You know what? Just forget it. Have fun trolling, it can't do any more harm than has already been done by so many other users here. I really don't care enough to get into another senseless arguement like this. I had enough of that with Erasculio, and I'd rather keep my reasons to not use this wiki at a minimum, in case it becomes an actually valuable resource at some point, or if the entire userbase migrates to GW2W, which I still have some slim hope for. 71.31.149.63 23:59, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

Hi, some of your comments there are going into personal attacks, which aren't acceptable here. Try not to call people noobs or idiots; leave out the attacks altogether. Thanks. -- Brains12 \ talk 14:55, 23 December 2008 (UTC)
Regarding Law and Order.jpg[edit]
We have a stronger preference for images without game details on them than those which are marginally clearer. If you wish, take another screenshot of the weapons and upload that one. G R E E N E R 22:57, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
Dhuum + Mercenary[edit]
- → moved from Feedback talk:Matthew Moore
I thought the mercenary feature is genius! which led me to have an idea: Allow all the accounts banned by Dhuum to fight with him, not only that but those accounts get to drop the items and/or golds they ever farmed.
- 20 random banned accounts per instance
- 1 character per account
Stuff like that. yeah? ;D --0gion 01:09, 18 March 2011 (UTC)
- Try Feedback:Main. --'Mai Yi' {TC} 01:11, 18 March 2011 (UTC)
- "Try common sense Its not a feedback or suggestion more like me discussing/talking mercenary to the lead designer. If I tell you I got an idea that you could change the color of your name from pink to blue do I put that in suggestion?.. kkthnxbai. --0gion 18:52, 18 March 2011 (UTC)" Well you would do well not to be extremely rude when someone simply points out that it is a suggestion which should be placed in feedback. And yes, saying I should change my name from pink to blue is a suggestion. If you want to be rude to anyone, talk to Greener as he was the one that moved it, or Jon as he was the one to revert it after you moved it back. Why don't you try common sense and not attack other users and disobey sysops? Sincerely, --'Mai Yi' {TC} 19:19, 18 March 2011 (UTC)
- To explain the move: Suggestions/ideas placed on developers' pages, or anywhere outside of the Feedback:Main space cannot be used by Anet due to legal issues concerning ownership of said ideas. To get around this, the Feedback space was created, and details on the differing licences can be found at Feedback:FAQ.
- So why move do we move suggestions? One reason is to help those who made the suggestion have a chance in having their ideas implemented. The second reason is to stop the snowballing of suggestions made by other contributors on the developers' pages. It's a monkey-see; monkey-do mentality that people adopt as they desire to "jump the queue" and get their ideas noticed. G R E E N E R 01:40, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
