Reap Dreams[edit]

I understand you have a thing for Fevered Dreams. I've been running it in PvE somewhat much with YMLaD and Finish Him on an otherwise fairly standard bar with Clumsiness, etc.

From Hypochondria: "The conditions are applied to the target before being removed from the foes in the area, so Fevered Dreams will not re-apply the conditions."

Badly needs more energy. Cast YMLaD right after Fevered Dreams finishes casting and then casting Aftershock. Bring Brambles if you feel like it; Bleeding gives + 2x Fragility procs, +5 damage from Brambles and another +X from Crystal Wave removing an additional condition. This is awfully slow and energy inefficient while requiring you to walk up to melee range, but at least you get the satisfaction of pulling off one of the more interesting spikes this game has to offer. --DANDY ^_^ -- 12:07, 5 August 2015 (UTC)

The aim is to exploit fevered dreams as much as possible. Energy can be brought from the support necromancer with Blood Ritual. Brambles indeed, but I prefer to use Stone Daggers spam to re-apply bleeding (and therefore daze) every 1s and trigger 2*fragility at the same time. Crystal Wave deals heavy damage, but I don't see the aim as dealing a lot of damage since you need to keep the target alive as long as possible (10s recharge of FD) to spread conditions. Keeping the target alive is harder than you think, especially since you call her, making heroes and henchmen focus on it. I still keep the idea for a finisher skill, as for "Finish Him!", but both kill too quickly. About Hypochondria, okay nothing works. That's too bad. Skill was crappy from the beginning xD --Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 14:15, 5 August 2015 (UTC)
Edit : Oh, I forgot Fast Casting's effect on the recharge of Fevered Dreams. Okay, killing the target is permitted.--Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 14:16, 5 August 2015 (UTC)
Stone Daggers is pretty meh on hero bars because they will spam it and do little else; the skill isn't that much dps. I'd run it on a player bar somewhere if the bleeding was only 1s at rank 3 or something. Anyways, you don't need every condition for for Fevered to be good, at least not if it means Stone Daggers spam.--DANDY ^_^ -- 04:28, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
Hero behaviour is quite a pain to take into account. Typically, they will use Grenth's Aura as soon as possible. Applying a new condition is the trigger for dazed, and with dazed a bugged interrupt. Nothing applies a condition with a shorter duration while still allowing for spam than stone daggers. The skill might only deal 20 earth damage at 1 earth magic, but that's 20 earth damage+1s bleeding+2*21armor-ignoring damage from fragility. Well, if you still don't like it, blind is applied every 6s and you also have disease and burning : in the end I let the idea, you're free to change things if you like it.--Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 08:25, 6 August 2015 (UTC)

Explosive Bones[edit]

Here is a similar team by Jost Wlenach using Keystone Signet mesmers for faster activating death novas :[1] The post is in german. The team managed Eternal Grove HM with masters.--Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 16:29, 9 August 2015 (UTC)

Builds[edit]

I like how you expanded upon Fevered Dreams. Can you create an article for it to help populate Category:Team builds? --Falconeye (talk) 00:44, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
