Siege Turtle armor[edit]
In regards to this edit, did you test Siege Turtle's physical armor in FA? If so, how? Manifold 23:32, 9 March 2011 (UTC)
- I needed to do a physical attack with constant damage, and one easy way to do that is to do critical hits. I used Wild Blow with a scythe(+15% damage modifier) in testing out the Siege Turtles's physical armor. First I tested out the damage of Wild Blow on the training dummies in the Battle Isles. Against a 60 armor dummy target, I did 62 damage, which consequently is the baseline damage (100%). Against an 80 armor dummy target, I did 44 damage (70%). Against a 100 armor dummy target, I did 31 damage (50%). Finally when I repeatedly used Wild Blow against the Siege Turtle, I constantly do 50 damage, which is 80.6452% of the baseline 62 damage. Consulting this table, I estimated that the armor would be around 72 to 73.Shadow Knight 12:10, 10 March 2011 (UTC)

- Your methodology is spot-on, and it's great that you took the time to test it. However, that's only slashing damage. It's very unlikely that they have different armor values for slashing than piercing or blunt, but it is possible. If you see anything here you'd like to test, I could always use the help. - You're probably right. I might test it some other time. Sure thing, I'll try to add what info I could gather. Your project reminds me of the time when I still didn't have my own PC and internet connection, and I would write down the stats of enemies in Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 6 in a notebook lol.
