Icy Veins

I see your point, changing [[Hex Spell]] to [[Hex]] [[Spell]], but... Every Elite spell has been formatted in this way; Enchantment Spell, Bow Attack, Well Spell and so on. Looking into it has turned up an interesting anomaly however - Enchantment Spell is a redirect to Enchantment, but Hex is a redirect to the (now) non-existant Hex Spell.
